Hello - mom of two, started couch 2 5k six weeks postpartum, I am on week 3 day 1. Need to lose 25 pounds to get back to pre preg and a further 25 to get back to my lowest.

Well done you. My youngest was nearly sixteen before I did C25k and lost the baby weight! I thought it was time to stop blaming the post-baby fat on her by then... All the best with the program and more importantly with the new baby. Congratulations on his?/her? arrival. x
I started when little one was just over 4 months, it's great for your head to get out and just run.. I also go to slimming world I'm 7lbs away from target . Good luck with this and keep it up
