Hi Everyone, I'm back for another round! I had a lot of knee problems and chest pains (I'm still waiting for another test at the hospital, the waiting list is soooooo looooong), so even though I know I should have kept up some kind of 'movement' I simply felt demoralised and stopped completely. Anyway I started at wk1 r1 again today to see how I felt and I feel much better for doing so. I will get my fitness level back, but I think I will be taking things slow. Gosh, its good to be back!
