Second week done

Feeling a bit emotional as I have now finished week 2 and suddenly realised this is as far as I got when I tried this programme last winter. It was on run 3 of week 2 that I twisted my ankle so badly I had the most agonising 3 hours next day driving my manual transmission car home!

Hoping I can move easily through week 3, as the last 2 weeks have been great.
