Fantastic and inspirational to all of us, a huge well done. Running for 5k is a real stretch for us all. I know I read that running 3 times a week for 30 minutes results in "significant health benefits", so I am guessing you are pretty fit by now. You have stretched it even further to 5k which is amazing
