Week One - Done! That was quick...

A little earlier today than my first two runs because I'm otherwise occupied tonight - benefit of working from home I guess. :-)

So I make that 24 minutes I've run this week, 24 minutes I've run more this week than any week in my life so that is good progress. It's a lovely day here in the West of Scotland and my route was free from dog walkers and kids.

A few minor pains and some stiffness in general but nothing concerning. I did notice my calves were very firm feeling whilst on this run - not sure if that is a good or a bad thing... no pain.

A short cycle tomorrow and I'll start Week Two on Monday!

I took the photo at Saucelhill Park in Paisley - are you local?

I stay down by Rouken Glen park now, but I went to Paisley Uni, spent time living in Ralston and Johnstone so fairly local. Knew I recognised it :)

Cool! I live not far from there - I think that was just after run 6/8 of my loop.

Well done! I just about managed my W1R3 as well but boringly did mine on the treadmill with Laura for company. Found it hard.
