Walk 3.5 Run 5 & (4.7 when tiring).
Going to change my weeks into
day 1 Run c25k program
day 2 steady walk (stretch),
day 3 rest day

You don't have to limit yourself to the treadmill. You could get out and about. This autumn weather is perfect! The time flies by
