W3R1 - just a practice

I had my first practice run today - pretty disappointed, but I felt all wheezy to begin with, and then ran into an old friend I hadn't seen for ages so it knocked me off my stride a bit. Sorry for not posting as frequently as I should, I wanted to use this to hold myself accountable, promise I will do better from now on...

Also - that three minutes is a stinker!

If you feel wheezy then try and slow down. Slowing down buys you time and helps with your puff. You need all the puff you can get!

Yes, I should've known better, really - asthma + cold morning + start of a cold = don't try to speed!

It's better to have a few missteps along the way. It makes you realize that some runs just go to pot for no reason, and it makes the following run extra good. You'll nail it next time.
