Struggling!!!

W 5eek 5 run 1 was hard going and found the walking intervals were breaking into my running intervals so tomorrow is Week 5 run 2..Am determined to continue and hope it gets easier!!!!

Go very slowly. No need for speed. Just go very steadily.

Well done, you only went and did it! Take it nice and slow, relax your leg muscles when running, breathe deeply and slowly - you will do it!!

I did W5R2 yesterday (Thursday) and was amazed when it was over as I felt I could have gone on longer. I even finished with a sprint. R3 tomorrow I just hope I'm not over confident now.
