W 5eek 5 run 1 was hard going and found the walking intervals were breaking into my running intervals so tomorrow is Week 5 run 2..Am determined to continue and hope it gets easier!!!!

I did W5R2 yesterday (Thursday) and was amazed when it was over as I felt I could have gone on longer. I even finished with a sprint. R3 tomorrow I just hope I'm not over confident now.
