Well, anyone out there tried skipping , yes that's with a skipping rope

So hard , I had a go today and was utterly shattered !

IT was soooo very easy when I was 10 !!!

Definitely hard work as a grown up! I used to do a boxercise class a few years ago and skipping was a regular part of the circuit, exhausting but really good aerobic exercise if you can keep it up 😊

Haha I tried it a while ago.... Tried to skip to 20...Ended up pulling ligaments in my knee! Still suffering 😁 It definately isn't easy as when younger. Good to try these things again though.... Don't think I'll be getting my roller skates out though!

Well that's dedication! I might have to have a go! Did you do the playground skip of BIG jump, little jump, BIG jump, little jump or did you go for the jump, jump, jump, jump with no little rest (I got puffed out doing that even aged 10)!
