Been quite up to now. It has been a long journey. Several several starts but failed each time along the way. However, I kept reading the blogs, which gives me lots of great encouragement and hope. I got up again and yes yes yes I finish my C25K journey last Friday having completed my R3 of W9. Onwards & upwards. Seeking my graduation badge please.
