After an 'epic fail' of not completing W6R3 two weeks ago, I completed it this morning πŸ˜„

This plan is teaching so much about myself. It turns out it wasn't an 'epic fail' I went out even though I didn't complete it, I didn't have enough water throughout the day, probably are my body weight in rubbish (that's a lot) and was knackered before I started πŸ™ˆ. I now get up at 5am and run before work, why didn't I think of that before, sets me up for the day. I am super happy and will complete this πŸ‘

Never a fail .... just a shorter run 😊. I run in the mornings cause I find I have more energy and motivation then. Good luck with the rest of your c25k journey πŸ€πŸ˜Š

I think that getting your run in before some idiot has the opportunity to spoil your day is an epic plan! For no discernable reason, on some days, it just doesn't come together. My current plan is to quit while I am behind and get back to it after a day's rest. You will get through this, no question!πŸ‘ŠπŸ‘Š
