So, graduated 2 weeks ago and have been running 5k three times a week since, but 5k race today and now trying to contain the nerves!

Good luck.. Kick that sinking feeling out ( see what I did there) and just sail steadinly towards the finish!

Ah, good luck! I've done Runher 10ks several times, have a great collection of T-shirts at this stage which are rotated on my runs during the week!

I've done the Titanic series twice and the course is super flat so enjoy it! You get to go round bits of the Titanic quarter that you never knew existed before. I also like the fact it's a ladies only course and there's a great mix of people running and walking so go at your own pace.

I'm jealous now, had toyed with doing it this year several times but have the long drive up to Belfast and back next Sunday so couldn't face doing it two weekends in a row. Enjoy!

Oh, and sign up for the Coastal in May, it's even better and very scenic :)
