Just started the program, and enjoyed my first run, but i fear that I'm going to struggle to stay motivated. Any tips?

Well done on starting and doing the first run which, IMHO, is the hardest.
Why did you start in the first place as that is key to your continuing motivation?
Just do it and believe in the programme and yourself. Plan your runs on set days and perhaps do a rewards chart and get yourself a treat each week ??
I second what ju-ju says. Just get yourself out there and let Laura and the podcast do the rest!
Post here after every run! Everyone here will be behind you every step of the way and will do everything possible to keep you on track
I was the same, I wondered if I would complete Wk1 as I have never been a jogger. With Laura in your ear though telling you when and how, with tips along the way, I found it really enjoyable. The first couple of runs of the session would hurt my legs but after that I was fine. I've just completed Wk2 and am looking forward to starting Wk3. Try to find regular times to do the runs and that makes it more of a habit and means you will feel more inclined to keep doing it. You're never alone with Laura and the support on here. Good luck
