Well she says at the start of week 7 changing your route will make it less monotonous. Run 2 and I think that's a good idea. So thinking I knew a short cut I ended up running for the full 25 minutes and then being a looong way from home. So put week 5 on and proceeded to do run 1 home. Completely shattered but secretly quite pleased with myself. I think run 3 might have to wait a couple of days though.

That's 40 minutes running! I think I'd take an extra rest day (or two). Do you feel good though? If it hasn't absolutely pooped you, then graduation's on the cards very soon Go you!
