W2R1, should have read the plan, Muppet!

The only way to keep Charlie-dog's interest is to run as far away from home as possible, then turn around at the half way point. I didn't read the plan for week 2, ended up miles away from home and had a ling walk back. Doh! On the plus side, glorious view 😊

This made me smile. I quite often misjudge my distance and have a long walk home😁

Yes, I did that too in the early days, often walked more than I ran. At least you have some company!

It was certainly surprising to find out just how much harder that extra 30 seconds feels!! Just as well I had a long cool down 😉

Glad to hear I'm not the only one... I work on the basis that if I don't know what the next level is, I wont be put off by it...backfired a bit today though!
