Just completed first interval run with Laura. Really pleased but I have noticed that 3 runs a week is triggering a deep ache in my left hip. Should I reduce to two runs a week and see how it goes? Or is it gait related? Advice please.

Are you stretching and maybe you should invest in a foam roller. It could be any number of things, so try elimination first. Shoes? Tight muscles?
Try sitting on a tennis ball. If you have tight glutes then you'll soon know and, more to the point, be able to loosen them with the ball. If all else fails then see a sports physio as you might have an imbalance with your pelvis.
