Started!

Well that's me started. Just finished W1R1 and feel pretty good. It's about 30 year since I last did any serious running. The fact that it's a clear sunny morning and I ran along a lane between fields overlooking the sea probably helped. Cold dark nights might be more of a challenge.

You'll be fine. Once you've been bitten by the C25K bug nothing will stop you getting out there!

Well they are if you let them be. If you decide that you are going to run no matter what, then getting yourself out the door presents no challenges.

If you have the right gear, a can-do attitude, then you'll be fine. Just run nice and slowly, and you'll be fine

There is early morning running.. it is brilliant... it can be dark, but it is amazing!

I am about to come to my first runniversary. i started C25K this time last year, graduating just before Christmas... early runs always.. it was ace
