I am beginning the program from Monday this coming week. In my early twenties but i have not done any running since i ceased playing football a few years back. I go to the gym 5 times a week but more for weight lifting.
I am trying to get back in to football so hopefully this will help as i cant run for long periods without getting out of breath very quickly.
I will keep you all posted on how i get on!!
