Just started this and on w3 but pulled a muscle so now have too rest it. A tad disappointed as this will put me back to the start again. Think I started this at the wrong time of year, getting darker, colder and wetter. Inspiration needed.

All may not be lost.
Depending upon the severity of the muscle injury, a few days est will only be that is requied. Also, after a couple of days (possibly sooner depending on how it feels) stretchig exercises could well help you rrecovery, it has for me over the years.
Also, again depedning on the sveerity of the injury, you may be able to go for a few brisk walks. These will help you to maintain the exercise regimen and also help with your overall well being.

Never too cold, too wet or too dark...
I started a year ago, next week... graduated the week before Christmas... a few delays due to ice, snow, hail wind and rain... but still managed it and loved every moment.....almost) !
Wore a belt with a flashing light..high viz..bought by lovely husband.. really warm neck warmer, thanks to Ullyrunner x . and had so much support from all the terrific folks who are on the site...still supporting me now...
You can do this... all you have to do..is want to!
I had loads of adventures... learned to slide on ice, squelch through mud, survive drowning by an enthusiastic white-van man...nearly getting blown away and scared by several wild creatures and birds in the dark lanes in the early morning! Sounds fun doesn't it?
It was.. really... if you check out some of my early posts, it will make you want to do it...or scare you off for life...
Wait until that muscles feels better.. and head on out there..I will be watching for your posts
