Oh well done. Surprisingly I found W8R1 easier than the last fun in W7. Bring it - you'll be great!
Once you can do 25 minutes, it is only small increases from now on so you have done the hardest part, well done! I was doing 30 minute runs after I graduated and one day, felt like I could keep going so I did and did 5k in 43 minutes. If I can do it, you will too - I am still running 6 months on and enjoy the satisfaction that I can and do run!!
I think week 7 is hard for lots of people. I really struggled, in fact I failed two runs and it took me two weeks to complete. But I sailed through week 8 and actually enjoyed each run. I'm sure there is a reason why wk 7 is a struggle, perhaps no walking breaks or just a big fitness jump, but well done for completing it and Im sure you'll enjoy next week
