Couch to 5K success, It really does feel good at the end! MSK

3 months ago i was unable to do a 2mins jog without falling over and gasping for oxygen, Now i am happy to say that i have jogged for a solid 1hour without stopping, as well as hitting almost 7.5km. As someone who is still obese, this is too big of an achievement for me to stop my weight loss programme. I would really like to thank those who put the effort into making the 9 week clips. Seriously, a massive thank you!
