Week 7 run 3 didn't go well

Headed out to do wk7r3 at Parkrun this morning. Legs felt like lead, last night's massive tea felt like it was still there in my stomach and thinking about making an appearance, volume too low so I could barely hear Laura. Anyway, off I trotted, walked a lot more than I meant to, didn't get the 25 mins running done but made it round without misadventure.

But I did notice that when I was running, I was running better. So I am putting it down as a practice run because I know I can do 25 mins and hopefully will do it again next week. It's going to put graduation off slightly but I was planning to delay my graduation run anyway so that my supportive running pal can do it alongside me.

Some runs are like this and for no reason. But your attitude is just the ticket and will get you through to the end. Well done 😊

That's it! Doesn't matter about delaying graduation, make sure you are well hydrated, and push on through the gremlins steadily...😊
