Newsham Park Running group have just completed week 9 of C25K. We managed to get seventeen people aged between 10 and 60, all shapes and sizes, to complete their first parkruns at Croxteth Hall parkrun.
We'll be starting again on 3rd October with taster sessions on Wednesday 21st and 28th September at 7pm, meet by the cafe.

I live nearby and have tried C25K last year getting up to week 4 - albeit with the run being more like a walk!
I will endeavour to meet up with you all on Wednesday.
So, do you run at night and is the park well lit and more importantly safe?
