Any Excuse

I was coming up with all sorts of reasons why I shouldn't go out for a run this morning. In the end I got myself out of the door. Followed the same route as Saturday and ended up having a very enjoyable run.

I am thinking about running on the hard sand at the water's edge when I go out next.

Happy runnings.

Does look like a lovely place to run. If I followed the waters edge I'd probably find myself dancing around to dodge the waves though 😀

I'm loving your pictures NIGHTINGALE1 . Very atmospheric. I've got a little over two weeks before I'm off on my seaside jolly and your posts are making me eager to get there! Keep enjoying it :)

St Michael's mount, lovely! Last September I went upto the top of that, then got back onto the mainland just before the tide came in and sat with a pint looking at it under clear blue skies..😊 but the mind will try to find lots of reasons not to go for a run! Push them outa the way!😉
