Laura got us through!! My daughter who is 12 has found it quite hard, but I put Laura on an mp3 for her today and she found that helpful... (thank you Laura!)

Sorry! Been sitting around in a kinda ..afterglow.. (drinking veganlattes... !) :) My sister, our 3 kids and I all DID IT!!

Felt quite hard but didn't think at any point that I couldn't do it... which felt astonishing when I think about the fact that we were running for so many more minutes than previously!!!

Happeee!!

Well done to you all - hurrah.

Cheers, mine's an almond unsweetened decaf - although sometimes I up it to with caffeine! After a good run 😉

Well done all.😊.. week 4 was my fav week. 3 x 5 mins in the bag. Enjoy the rest of this week its great for stamina building.

Good luck you are winning...

Great job! I've been enjoying your and your sister's posts because I'm at the same point in the programme. I think it's amazing you're doing it as a family! I'm as shocked as you are that I did w4r1 this morning. I'm really starting to believe I can do this! 😊

I think you may overtake us soon because our lives are about to get much more complicated. We hope to keep the running going all through it but may end up having to repeat runs because my sister is going to be away for a few days from tomorrow and then I will be after the weekend.. and so on for several weeks..

But we are feeling determined and it definitely won't stop us, just might end up taking the long way round as days to run together will be limited for a while

We love your name and have also found it a massive support to be in touch with pple going through this too, esp at the same stage

We CAN do this! :)
