I did it! After a rocky start on first run (gave up after 20 mins) I did my third and last run for week 7 today. Also did my weekly weigh in and the pounds are still dropping off - yay!! I don't often do it but have to say I gave myself a pat on the back today. I love this programme and the fact that we can really see how much we are achieving week by week! On a high today and off to Antigua for a week on Sunday so will try and exercise while there and start on week 8 when I get back - well that's the plan anyway😜😜
