Wk 4, Run 5

I've finally completed three Wk 4 runs successfully, even though I had two 'practice' runs along the way.

I'm on holiday in France so I'm running along the road down to the beach and back early in the mornings. Nobody else about and the cool smell of the pine forest at dawn is energising.

I'll try for Wk 5, Run 1 next time I go out but if I don't manage it I'll keep on with Wk 4 while I'm here and be content. Lots of cycling and walking going on too!

Can hardly believe this is me!

Smells of pine - how lovely :-) It sounds like a lovely place for practice runs so maybe you should go for week 5 !! I love the realisation that a new you is emerging from the depths of a couch :-) Happy holidays and running !!
