Serratus sore - any tips?

I didn't even know I had a serratus anterior muscle until I pulled it at the gym last week. I wondered if anyone had any tips on recovery? It feels really sore on my left side by my armpit and under my boob (tmi sorry!!) and any pressure (eg breathing!) makes it worse. I have had some physio - she says I can keep running. Any advice much appreciated x
