I did my first run of week 2 last Thursday and thought it was going to kill me. My, it was hard! But I lived to see another day, did my second Wk2 run during Parkrun on Saturday, tough again but I shaved 2 minutes off my previous PB, so was well pleased :). Did run 3 on Tuesday and actually found it easier, to the point of wanting to keep running when Laura told me to slow down.
Last week i had thought that I would need to do week 2 again but now I feel ready for week 3. Am going to try the first run at home, jogging on the spot, then if I manage I'll do run 2 for real at Parkrun again. I am getting dangerously close to beginning to start to sort of like running! Whooppee!!
