I met Julie !!!!!! I was chuckling to myself running round the lake. To be honest, it completely took my mind off how tough the run was going to be ! Ankle and knee held up well and I even dropped my minutes per mile down by another 10 seconds. I love this programme so much ! Who'd have thunk
