For a first 5km that's a fantastic time. Well done. I was only doing 3.2km at 32min when I graduated. Feel proud.

Are you for real? You've never run before c25k, and your dissapointed with that time!? you really make me laugh!πŸ˜‚ That is a super excellent time for your first 5k, so stop being so hard on yourself, and carry on, but take it easy or you could end up on the IC, after all, there's no rush to do super fast times is there? 😊

I've still not reached 5k yet - a week after graduating - so you have done really well in that time. I know what you're getting at. The whole 30 mins and 5k go together but speed can always be built up. Good luck with your next run!

Super speedy .. I graduated weeks and weeks ago and 5k still takes me about 43 minutes :)

So great going shaz :)

OMG I'd be absolutely chuffed if I managed that time!!

Mine is 50 mins and I was still chuffed because I'd actually run 5k!!!

You're faster than me Slinky :) I keep telling myself I'll be faster when I get out of the garden and into the big wide world, I shall see next week!

Thanks everyone I genuinely thought it was a slow time and that you need to do 5k in 30mins , I will try not to be to hard on myself. Have a great weekend one and all.

This is where the C25K gets a bet wrap. It's really couch to running for 30 minutes straight! I finished the program over 4 years ago, and have been running consistently since then. My BEST 5k is still only 33 minutes. My first one was 48. By my measure, you're doing amazingly well!

Well done ! That's brilliant and seems very fast to me for your first 5k! Celebrate!!
