Just started C25K for the 3rd time having already graduated twice over the last few years.... Due to busy job and having two young children it's been hard to carry on once graduated but my youngest is now at school and I can honestly say that running is a great excuse for at least 30 minutes me time a day. Juggling everything including hubby's job to run isn't easy, but I'd like to say I always read daily posts on here and love all your motivation and support you have. So I'm up and running and look forward to becoming part of the forum.... Happy running everyone π

Starting C25K again!!π
Well done for restarting - again! I've done the same - I first started in September 2012 and graduated 9 weeks later. Since then I've stopped and started more times than I'd like to think, and have graduated at least once if not twice or even three times! This time round it's taken me 16 weeks to reach week 7, but I'm getting there...
It's the summer holidays that have always done me in in the past - the total change in routine (or utter lack of any routine, rather!). But this year I'm working full-time, rather than being off over the summer. BizRrely, that seems to have helped me continue. And I've signed up for a 5k in early October so I have no choice but to keep going!
All of which is irrelevant. What I meant to say was yay you! You can do this! Happy running...
Oh Dear! You're going to be re-introduced to Julie!!
Ha ha... No, using app with Laura but might swap to podcasts for the Julie experience π
