I know it's so frustrating to see our site attacked in the horrible way the spammers have been. Just to explain why it's so bad in the morning. It's the night time when they really get hold because we can not restrict them as soon as they start but then they can post multiple times in minutes. We have to sleep and that's why when you get up its really bad. During the day we restrict as soon as they start and that stops them posting any more and we just have to work through the amount the posted while we restricted them.
Ju-Ju has done a sterling job that last couple of days. I work later at night (in my other life) so I can't get up as early which is why poor Ju-Ju has been on her own until someone from Healthunlocked comes in to help. I have set my alarm earlier today but she was again hard at work before I got up so a big thank you to you Ju-Ju.
Healthunlocked are helping as well but I think it's the tech guys that will start from tomorrow to close all the loop holes so we might still have another couple of days of it. During the day we will do all we can to keep it as clear as possible. I have put a shout out for admins working from other time differences to see if any might come and help for the night time but I think the admins are predominantly UK based so we all need to sleep to function.

You do such a great job admin that is no need to explain but this does give me the perfect time to say thank you for all the hard work that you guy put onto this site.
As others have said, I really appreciate all the hard work you all do to keep our site all sparkly clean And, like everyone else, I can't imagine what the spammers possibly get out of it! Let's not go there, perhaps!
IF you ever need someone in a different Time Zone - 6 hours behind the UK here - that can monitor posts while it is still the wee hours there, please let me know. I am a 'Senior Admin' on two Forums based over there so know what is involved (and thus my hat is off to you for cleaning up things so quickly and well - this is a particularly heinous episode of site vandalism).
Thank you very much for the offer and if they don't get this sorted out in the next couple of days I might take you up on it. I'm hoping that when they start tomorrow they will plug the holes but if they don't all hands on deck might be appreciated. Thanks.
