Absolutely! I've downloaded the c-2-10k. First run is run 10mins, walk 1 min x4 ... I'll keep you posted!!!

You'd better! Will be interesting to see how you find it, I had a look when I finished c25k and decided I didn't want to go back to doing walk breaks so have just been doing my own thing but I do miss the accountability of ticking off runs and have found myself having more rest days than I should !

Dangerous! That's why I thought I'd try the new regime...

That would be my worry also - without the lovely Laura pushing me that little bit further and the satisfaction of hitting 'Did It' at each 'success day' I might lose the 'fun' part of running. I definitely will be giving the 10k programme a go when I Graduate :)

Your 5k will be on you before you know it by the sound of things. (I can't wait to just say "postgraduate run") :)

Brilliant, well done! Remember not to go too much too soon so that you don't end up on the IC with me. Sounds like you're being sensible though, so that 5k will be within reach! :)

I too have finished and have set a distance rather than going by time. We ran 5k in 36 mins, just wondering how this compared? Should we really be doing it in 30 mins?

Hi I don't think 5k in 30 mins is ever going to be likely for me!
