I completed w4r3 about 4 weeks ago then had to stop with hip pain then a chest infection. Both have cleared up and doctor and he's said its ok to exercise again. I've done 60 miles on my bike but not sure which podcast to start at. Do I redo any or start w5r1?

You could start where you left off and see how it goes ☺ Good luck

Sorry to hear you've been injured/ill Lochie

Why don't you have a go again at W4 , just to gauge how you feel ? Just to ease back into it gently ..

Good Luck and I hope all goes well for you xxx
