wk8r2 and the weather matches my mood...

started off grey and drizzly but ended in the sun (with a cooling head wind that was much needed). Checked my heart rate when I got in and was staggered to find it was only 80bpm, so I checked it again - it's usually over 100 and as I am red faced and sweaty I know I've run! - and it was still 80. Must be getting fitter (resting heart rate hovers around 55). Not as hideously red faced as Wednesday either. And to top it all off my cool down (mine, not Laura's) finished with McAlmont and Butler (ok it was slightly engineered, but hey) youtube.com/watch?v=POIIGYt.... Have a good week-end (good is a relative term).
