Hooray for 'Julie'!

It's been a busy week and I haven't managed to get out for a run as much as I would have liked. I set off today for my final run of week 8 - or so I thought! After the first 5 minutes thinking about my last few runs I worked out where I first met Julie, and realised I was actually on run 1 of week 9! I carried on for 2 more minutes at the end but my first 30 minutes of running has been achieved. Thank you Julie for being so memorable and I'm sorry we're all so sick of you usually.

  • You won't forget her in a hurry then ๐Ÿ˜Š Well done.

  • It's an awful song!!! Well done on the 30 minutes though ๐Ÿ˜‚

  • Truly I'm sick of you and Julie! Ha ha, those words will never leave any of us I'm sure. You sing along though don't you. It's quite good compared to the others. Some dire music unfortunately but what don't kill you .................... etc

Good stuff! Keep up the good work

  • Ha ha , Fab !

Ah but it does get into your head though, and it takes some shifting ! I went back to Week 9 run 3 months after graduating, and it was the first song that came up , I realised how much I had missed it then . Plus there was a song that sounded like a Russian Cossack dance and then someone playing a hedge strimmer ( which I certainly don't remember first time around ! )

I suppose its all part of the experience isn't it ?

Well done on your run today xxx
