So I just got home from W6R1, (get me still going!!!)

Can anyone explain to me why we went back to running intervals? I felt amazing after having run 20 minutes last week... This just feels a little like a step backward to me :(

Not sure why but I think the relief I felt at going back to all running showed me that I had come a long way from the beginning when it was a relief to walk! Hope it feels like that for you.☺

I think its consolidation. After the euphoria of running for 20 mins. Week 6 takes you back to intervals to build on your stamina again. Enjoy this while it lasts... you will soon be running without recovery breaks... Good luck and keep going.😊

I think ots something to do with being a bit of a mental challenge; not just a physical one, I hated wk6 run1 but then most people do apparently. Run 2 was better and from run 3 onwards it's just all running and no walk breaks after that which is much better X

Good Luck with the rest of your journey to graduation 😁
