Ran around the lake at Gueret this morning. I did my five minute warmup walk then my 30 minute run followed by a five minute cool down walk. That took me twice around the 3 kilometre track. My usual route is 'flatish' this route is flat - what a difference. Might do this again next Wednesday then have a play on the adult toys - lots of new gym equipment has been installed along one side of the lake - looks like fun.
