Made up my mind this morning to get back on track .... It's pouring with rain just got home from work and I'm in my trainers planning to go out. Part of me thinks arghhh 25 minutes, then the motivated part says you have gone 25 minutes 3 times already and can do this.

I will let you know how I get on as legs feel like lead after Sunday... But it made me see what you can achieve if you put your mind and body into it...

Just returned.... Legs like lead, wanted to give up after 1/2 mile, but I did it.... Still twanging from Sunday but antiseptic cream, ibrufen gel, deep freeze gel etc got me through it. But will probably rest up now till Sunday as I could feel the pain....

New trainers went on that I had a gait analysis for and they feel heavy but they are cushioned and offer more support than my normal running shoes

Oh well done! It takes a while to get used to new shoes. What happened on Sunday?
