5 min warm up then 8 minute run, 5 minute walk then 8 minute run. Finish off with 5 minute cool down walk.

8 min run scared me slightly saw the next run 20 mins non stop oh my god!!!!!!

Hi KM, take a look at all the names of those that have replied to you. That's right, most have 'Graduate' badge alongside. Do you think that we're all super-human runners? Nope. We all went through the C25K and felt the same as you in W5.
But you know, Laura has been training your body to complete W5r2 and W5r3. It'll be the gremlins in your head that make you doubt yourself. But you are ready, and you can do this.
Slow and steady, and picture the absolute rush and sense of achievement and feeling on a high as Laura says 'That's it, you're done' after 20 minutes. Priceless.
I know how scary it is - but believe me if I can do this anyone can! Just take it nice and slow - you will be fine . We will all be here waiting to hear about it and cheering you on!! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
