I arranged with MrsJ that she would drop me off about 5kms from Brighton and I would run in while she did some retail therapy, I jogged into Laura's W4R1, first time at 5 mins. and it felt OK, I ran past our meeting point to a Hove landmark, and then jogged/walked back completing 6.5kms. still felt OK and which I'd carried on a bit further especially as MrsJ was still shopping!!!
