I repeated week 1 and 2 twice as i had had previous trouble with my ankles and wanted to strengthen them. So today week7 run 1 I thought i can do this and ran 5k. Can't believe it. Feel amazingπ.

Well done, just shows that repeating weeks and having initial difficulties don't stop you achieving in the end. Hope your post is seen by lots of New starters wondering of they can do it. Good luck with the last 2 weeks of the programme. You know you can do it now. Enjoy the glow.
