W9R3 completed. Very humid on last nights run, everything felt slow but completed it in a pool of my own perspiration!!!! Just timed it right as off on the summer hols come the weekend, and yes the running gear will be coming too. Many thanks for your support too. Nige.

Yes, Scotland LOL. Up the West Coast to the Outer Hebrides, ferries all booked too. Hiring a motorhome (for the third year), just hope the weather holds. Thanks.

Yes, the thought did cross my mind too but I had the football on in my headphones and was distracted at the crucial moment!!! Good luck for your next attempt, you can do it. It has taken me just over a week on week 9, but mainly due to an ear infection. OK now though.
