Almost a runner...

Just finished week 2. Didn't post before because I didn't believe I would make it through the first week. It is so lovely to see so many people focussing on fitness and not weight loss (though I need to do that too!) I wish you all the very best of luck with your personal challenges. I've got a hunch that the hardest bit was getting started in the first place. I'm not a runner, yet, but if the positive posts are anything to go by, I might be soon.

Go for it x

You're right. The hardest part of this entire programme is W1R1. Just stick to the plan and you will make it to 5k. Some days you might not feel like running at all, but you'll feel so much better if you do. Some runs will be tough and others easy, just try to relax and enjoy being outdoors in the fresh air. Good luck - keep it up!

Oh you will be. And anyway - you've done two weeks, you're far more of a runner than lots of people.

The hardest part is getting out there in the first place. This programme gradually builds up week by week, you will be surprised at what you can achieve. Keep going xx
