Can't really think if it as a run yet but definitely a work out. How is it possible to feel pain and yet elated? Have new twinges today.

Well, as someone who, nine weeks ago, actually believed that her body was not engineered for running, I would say that every step on this programme feels like the most amazing achievement. So, however small the steps are, we feel real progress and, yes, elation. Keep going!
