Wooo hoo! Finally got to week four (after almost a year) hopefully doing half marathon in September. However just wanted to know what people use to listen to podcasts on whilst using gps tracking app. My mobile phone bill was through the roof this month...I use a Samsung galaxy s3 so music I think is streamed and I use endomando to track.x

Podcasts on my iPod and Nike+ app on my phone. Works for me
I have I player and podcast apps. I download the podcasts I want to listen to when I'm at home and can do the downloads via wifi, then I can play them whenever I want without using data. The gps tracking doesn't use much. Good luck with your hm training !
Load podcasts or music, switch off data and then tracking your runs while listening should cost you nothing.
Congrats!
I use nothing ~ I run 'naked', ie no tech, no phone and just a basic Timex Ironman watch to record the time. I did try using music, but hated being detached from the world around me ~ not to mention I couldn't hear the bikes coming along merrily ringing their bells, or the faster runners calling 'passing to the left/right'.Good luck wuth the training for the half in Sept, and please keep us posted as to how you get on with the training.
My son was incredulous on hearing that I only ever use one earphone (he was wanting to borrow mine because his are broken, turns out only one is broken) That way I can still hear the birds (and on rare occasions anything else)
On C25K, just the podcasts. I have rarely seen a post where anything else was helpful, many where it turned out to be unhelpful.
Same as Sallycycle. I prefer to run 'naked' for pretty much the same reasons. Just use a stopwatch, though eventually I may convince myself to get a 'proper' watch
