Have a day off work today, so trainers and mp3 on and out I went. Love running in the morning so much cooler and nobody sat in the pub on my route pointing and laughing and I ran so well could have easily kept going but am going to save that for the next runs. Been looking into park runs and may venture the 15 miles to the nearest one and give that ago.

Well done. I - luckily - don't have to cope with stupid drinkers pointing and laughing but I know who I rather be like (and it's not the idiots...). Keep going!

I am determined to do this. I don't let them affect me. Just because I'm 6 stone overweight and bright red in the face who cares I'm out there giving it my best and I'm loving it
