As usual I wasn't paying attention when Laura started talking during the warm up walk... Adjusting my headphones, blowing my nose, etc., I haven't run since Tuesday as some serious festival action intervened. (And jolly marvellous it was too! ). Imagine my surprise when I was told "half way there, that's twelve and a half minutes". Partly relieved because that ten minutes was taking ages (!) I had a two minute walk and ran the 12.5 mins back! Turns out my school reports were right!!

Yep - sounds like you really need to pay attention! Week 6 is the only one where every run is different - you should be okay as you move on!
