I completed WR1 last Friday and did the Race for Life on Sunday but caught a nasty virus which has meant I've been unable to run all week. I feel fine now but I still have a cough/gravelly chest and I don't know whether to go for a run on Sunday or just keep waiting til the cough is gone? I'm so scared I won't be able to run 25 minutes after such a long break
